Outsourcing Consultancy:

We work with customers to identify those services / parts / systems that could be outsourced. The parameters used in this evaluation are cost, time to market and scalability. This way, the outsourcing partner manages the non-core activities while our customers are free to concentrate on their core capabilities. The typical deliverable of this service is a strategy and an operational project report.


India Delivery Centres:

The leadership team at Youvatech, with its vast knowledge about people, process and technology, has built and operated India Delivery Centres (IDC) for Fortune 500 companies successfully. Team Building, infrastructure set-up, IT security, project management, quality checkpoints, global team interfacing, internal sales processes, feedback & correction system, etc are important building blocks of an IDC. If capacity is lacking in any of the areas, we bring in dependable partners to deliver comprehensive solution to the customers.


Strategic Sourcing and Supply:

Strategic Sourcing and Supply offer multi-disciplinary / integrated solutions to global customers. This offering helps integrating the manufacturing capability of Youvatech’s vendor base with Product development capability. Availability of skilled manpower and knowledge of best practices in sourcing to India are strong reasons for the success of this business.

Depending on the value addition sought by the client, we offer two different approaches to sourcing: Commodity Sourcing and Value Added Sourcing. Commodity sourcing deals with high volume commodities such as castings, forgings, sheet metal, pressure & gravity die cast items. Value added sourcing, on the other hand, deals with low volume, smaller batch assemblies such as machined castings, machined forgings, fabricated items etc. We take care of vendor identification, vendor evaluation/certification, program management, shipment, logistics and related documentation.


Global Product Integration (GPI):

Global Product Integration is where our future lies and we believe that all our current service offerings will pave the way to take us there. GPI encompasses Global Product Development (GPD), Global Sourcing, Integration (assembly, testing and packaging) and Local Market Development. This concept is applied to high technology, custom-made, mechanical and mechatronics products that, involve considerable design engineering efforts. This concept works best in a partnership mode.
